Taking on the ASCA National Model is a challenging experience and is an ongoing process. This workshop is designed for schools that have already taken the first steps to implementing the ASCA National Model and focuses on how to continue the already-establishes momentum. Participants review their first steps of implementation and focus on additional sections of the ASCA National Model for further implementation. Participants also have the opportunity to share successes and challenges and to learn best practices in implementation as they re-focus, re-group and re-energize. Participants leave with a completed program audit and action plans specific to their schools.
